Supporting Teens

Students at the Park

Adolescence is a time of big changes, growth, and self-discovery. Teens often juggle a lot—academic pressures, social anxiety, identity exploration, and tough life transitions. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, or just trying to figure out who you are, having someone to talk to can make a difference.

I believe in meeting you where you are, whether you're feeling overwhelmed or just need someone to listen. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood. Some teens feel comfortable with talk therapy, while others express themselves better through art, music, or other creative activities. I use a mix of approaches, including expressive arts, mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help you manage your emotions, improve communication, and find healthy ways to cope with life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work on building self-confidence and developing tools that support your mental health and well-being now and in the future.

If you're feeling stuck or unsure about how to handle what you're going through, you don’t have to do it alone.
