Psychotherapy for adults in Texas

Emily Young, LPC-Associate Supervised by Audrey Omenson, LPC-S

I provide therapy to adults navigating a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, identity questions, and life transitions. In my work, I am committed to offering a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and make meaning of painful or complex experiences.

My approach is relational and emotion-focused, with an emphasis on understanding patterns that develop in relationships and early attachment experiences. I pay attention to how emotions show up in the body and in connection with others, and we work together to make sense of these experiences in real time.

My professional background includes work in neurorehabilitation and community health settings, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice.

Virtual therapy available to anyone in the state of Texas
